Food Ingredients
Lecithin
Lecithin describes a group of fatty substances found in plant and animal tissues. Lecithin is a natural phospholipid extracted from soyabeans or sunflower seeds, widely used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, and health supplement.
A significant amount of lecithin is recovered from by-products of the soya oil processing industry. Soya lecithin is valuable and cost-effective because it is recovered from the by-products of the soy oil industry. Lecithin stabilized fat and improved the texture of many food products such as salads dressing, desserts, margarine, chocolate, baking, and cooking goods. It is a multifunctional ingredient with applications across the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, feed, and industrial sectors. Lecithin helps bring out flavour and texture in animal feed.
Lecithin is used in pet food for good digestibility. We offer non-GMO for global markets.
